I used to bid on his auctions all the time however, in February 2019 I won one of his auctions, paid and never received the item. I sent numerous emails and finally in April got this:
"I'm sorry - thought it had been corrected. Will ship or refund by tomorrow. Joe" It never came and he never answered me again. That was the last bid I placed with him.
