I think the OP's photo is a 5x7 photo that was inserted in Aaron-endorsed MacGregor sporting goods. I have an Aaron MacGregor glove in box and the box has that photo in it. I am sure they are hard to find since a lot of them probably got thrown away with the box. Even rarer to find them signed as it is a cheap medium to pay good money to get signed.
