For what it's worth, my two bulk orders that were logged as received by PSA on October 15, just got logged into the system and entered (research & ID phase) on January 15. Just another few months now, and I should be good to go!

Scooter, good luck with that. My 20 card submission was delivered back on August 12th and marked as received September 14th. PSA started processing my order October 7th and here we are almost 3 1/2 months later and it's still stuck in the forever lasting grading stage. It's absolutely pitiful that a company can charge a customer a certain dollar amount for a specific time frame and repeatedly miss their stated deadlines by MONTHS and have no repercussions.

I'm not an attorney, but I would think that there is a pretty good case for a class action law suit.

Makes me glad I don’t collect graded and don’t really care what my cards are worth. It’s always been a fun hobby and always will be. No stress.

My last order was received July 2020, logged in Sept 2020 and is still "being researched". No one to talk to as they don't even bother to answer their phones and emails do not get answered. Just a small order of 38 low dollar(under $100 each). Get the new guy to grade them and kick them out a little OJT.

Not sure why they insist on only one office. Would be much better to have regional locations

Default $700 Million dollar Company

There must be a way somehow to boost "production" of getting cards researched, graded and slabbed. I agree with regional offices. If they had a full blown facility in 2 or 3 locations, this process, you would think, would be faster. Jeff W
