Hello
The thing is I did pay him paypal gift
and the extra fee from bieng from Canada which i did not mind either and clearly told him I will wait the several weeks. But when asked if the card never turns up do i get money back then refunds me. Why? I did everything correctly. Maybe was meant to be to many red flags not disclose he outside us why? And ignorning my messages Btw it was for news years gift. seller not acted correctly
