Default 1914 CJ Cobb

It was a rough year on so many levels, aside from two...getting extra time with my son and watching him grow up right before my eyes, and collecting. This one is the exclamation point and book end to an unbelievable year that I will never forget

A big card for me, on my wish list for a long time. The photo has excellent clarity and contrast. Glad these team photos are closer to modern baseball cards size than the typical early cigarette pack size.

Beauty Dan. If I recall correctly, there was a group find of '14 CJ's that had around 13 Cobbs that came to market in 2007. They all had similar bleeding to the top borders as yours.

I believe they were auctioned off during the All-Star game festivities. I recall this because I was lucky enough to attend the Home Run derby that year in SF and went to the card show that was held at the same time.

Found the link to the auction.
