Not pre-war but I got this beauty to finally complete my 1985 Topps Mini test set.

I picked up a few items and I moved the market in the process....

The strategy of checking VCP to find a 'market price' is a fool's errand. it only leads to missing out on items. Where a card sold for on October 15th and June 9th is irrelevant. This is the Wild West, buy the stuff you want.
