If you have a Roop binder for the 1956 set and are willing to part with it, I'm interested. I don't know the value of the binders. They occasionally show up on eBay.

Collecting 1956 Topps Baseball oddities: salesman samples, overprints, panels, miscuts, wrong backs, printer defects, etc.
