Looks like nice bold signatures to me.

And yes, straight from CC. I would assume that many CC products are turning up on the secondary market now as people are liquidating their collections. CC has been around for some time and sold a lot of ~~autographs~~ ~~product~~ junk.

Their ads are the reason I quit subscribing to SCD.
