Thanks, I thought it would grade higher but then I noticed a very small paper chip on the back, lower under the print. Hard to see because the print/ink on the back looks intact. Clearly that drove the grade.
**Edit** Someone asked about a flaw under his name on the front, looks like a small chip under "HEW" on the border and a faint wrinkle just above his last name when I looked at it under the loop ** Last edited by Edwolf1963; 10-23-2020 at 07:51 AM. Reason: Update
