It rarely flip flops, but when it does, it's normally because of a team change (traded early in career) or because the second image is much nicer than the first.
If you're looking for ROI compared to the 1st Bowman Chrome card, and thinking people are going to come around, I wouldn't recommend it. There's been 20 years of 1st Bowman Chrome cards and it hasn't happened widescale yet. Nobody could have predicted the Panini Prizm revolution of 2020, but you're on your own as to whether these 2nd or 3rd chrome cards start to close the gap.
