A seller listing a big card, raw, in the context of having other recently-graded cards in newer slabs says one thing to me -- it was indeed Submitted, and came back Altered or MinSizeReq. Nothing in his description contradicts that.

It's a PSA 3 on its best day. If the lack of value there doesn't scare any rational person away, the crazed ranting in the description should
