Hey I think that was my card! My friend Danny and I used to cut all our rookie cards in half. We used to draw the stadium outlines in chalk on our front patio and set our teams up in the field. You couldn't have two guys at the same position, any dummy knows that, so if there were two players on a card we cut them in half. I remember doing that with Seaver.
After the summer was over I didn't see any reason to keep all those cut up card pieces so I gave them to Danny. I am happy he got something for them. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk |
