I have to admit that I haven't heard of that Minor League publication... Seeing Calvin Maduro's name as a top prospect reminded me that the Orioles permitted him to attend our Golf Tournament last July (even though it was the middle of the season). He was an International Scout for them and we ate lunch afterwards & he was very high on the prospects the Orioles got from Boston in the Cashner deal...Unfortunately he was let go in the post season scouting purge and last I heard he was working for the Twins in a similar capacity. I had a 2001 game used jersey of his that he was happy to sign/inscribe:
