I'd not crack it out...a PSA 8 is a $5600 card right now. No point in risking that. Me, I would just sell it as is with high quality scans (at least 400 DPI) and let it sell. If the card is regrade-worthy the buyers will flock and the price will reflect it. I wouldn't want a card to get all hung up at PSA for a review and in the meantime miss the chance to sell into this bubble.

Agree fully with Adam above. Would not crack it under any circumstances.
With PSA toughened up the last few years, I'd expect a Review with bump would be unlikely. Card is very well-centered for the issue, but the subtle diamond cut is going to doom it to being an 8, best case scenario. Heck of a card, commanding a premium at the moment.
