The cuts you'll find on these card is fascinating. In my opinion the card is trimmed on two sides. That being said there doesn't need to be any other alterations like color added for PSA to label it altered.
PSA slabs cards that are trimmed (with no other alterations) with "Authentic Altered" on the label as standard practice now. |
