This particular pennant was made of “the most” fragile felt I have ever dealt with and it is very prone to pulling away at the tip like this one shows. Like Erik showed on his example, usually the graphics are a little stressed and not so bright. I currently have one like this for sale and although I wouldn’t call it rare, it is tough to find in great shape. Unless it can be had cheap, probably worth steering clear from.
