Here's how above the rest REA is
I sent them an email an hour before midnight, asking for more pix of an item and saying no worries whatsoever if it's too late and you can't get them for me, my fault for asking so late.
5-7 mins later, 6 additional images of the item. Placed my bid, took over the lead and won it, with that bid! Now 1. It was great for me, allowed me to better make my decision. 2. Great for REA they continue to show their superior customer service. 3. Great for the consignor who gets more money because of my bid. They easily could have said "really, now you ask for pix with an hour left in extended bidding, sorry pal."
