Tony, incredible eye appeal! Registration/clarity is one of my biggest pet peeves, and these all sing, they're so well registered! Their faces pull you right in.

Default Baseball's Sad Lexicon

Published: New York Evening Mail (July 10, 1910)

These are the saddest of possible words:
"Tinker to Evers to Chance."
Trio of bear cubs, and fleeter than birds,
Tinker and Evers and Chance.
Ruthlessly pricking our gonfalon bubble,
Making a Giant hit into a double-
Words that are heavy with nothing but trouble:
"Tinker to Evers to Chance."

Default AMERICAN BEAUTY 460 sub-set

Since 2005, progress on my AMERICAN BEAUTY 460 (AB 460) run is near completion. American Lithographic printed 74 subjects with the AB 460 back.

I have 73 of them.....I only need the Camnitz (hands over head) card. On display here are some of the really difficult cards to find in this T206 sub-set.

Hey guys, anyone here interested in smoking a 109 year old American Beauty cigarette
.
.................. Some of the really tough to find AB 460 cards in this sub-set ...................

And, the toughest, mainly due to low supply vs. high demand.

I always thought this was a super tough AB 460. It was the last back I found for my tinker, bat off, back run, and I have only seen one for sale in the last 3-4 years (this one); meanwhile I have seen the Cobb bat off AB 460 come up at least 2-3 times over that period.

Indeed, Tinker bat off has a few extremely tough combos- this piedmont factory 42 is 1 of 2 known, and this Uzit combo is very rare as well; all 2011 issues
