When it comes to vintage, I am fine with fairly off-centered cards. There's something more pure about having plenty of them in my collection (since that's what you got out of packs way back when).
And since the fakes and reprints of the hallmark vintage cards usually have great centering, off-centered versions just give me a more genuine and nostalgic feeling to see and own. As far as eye appeal, bad stains on the back bother me more than most things. |
