I have always loved this one because football was my first sports love watching when I was younger, lived in south Florida during the 1972 undefeated season run for the Miami Dolphins. I had two of these in my life and traded both of them away for other things. One trade I am still happy with because it was a rarer older item, but the other trade I still kick myself for a little but I really had to do it at the time. I traded it for new highly sought after cards I was able to sell right away when I was unemployed and paying my bills selling at card shows back in the day. I also love the crossover of the Danny Ainge card which is a few years older if I remember corrctly. I would love to get another one of either of them. Quote:

Of course!! I forgot about Dimaggio.... a HUGE one (or two). There is a 1920’s player too that has a minor league card- it came to auction recently. A buddy tried to convince me to buy it, but I was not into the player so I don’t recall who it was/is

It's a post career issue but Joe McGinnity is featured in the 1912 C46 set as a member of the Newark Bears.

Lefty Grove has a super rare minor league card from 1921.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but of course the T206 set has some HOFers on minor league teams (although some of them were guys who had aged out of MLB and returned to the minor leagues). Beckely, McGinnity, Collins.
