FWIW, if the miscut is only slight and only on the back of the card, sometimes PSA overlooks it. They do this especially often on 1955 Bowman baseball, since the back borders are so narrow and regularly don't line up properly with the front of the card. I have seen some 1952 Topps that also should have been awarded MC qualifiers, but were not.
