I just listed an 82 Ripken PSA 8, and I also have a PSA 9 Topps Mattingly for $59 Centered & 1980 PSA 8 Henderson PSA 8 Centered for $139

What is the mfg on the Ripken and what is the year on the mattingly,( I assume 1984) ?
Where are you getting your prices from. According to PSA official price guide here are prices for the cards you listed:
80 Topps #482 PSA 8 Henderson RC $80 not $139
84 Topps #8 PSA 9 Mattingly RC $30 not $59
82 Donruss and Fleer PSA 8 Ripken RC $18
82 Topps #21 Ripken PSA 8 $20

Jim, the prices on the 80s cards have changed in the last few months. The price guide prices you quote no longer reflect the market value of these cards. If you have these available at those prices I will buy. If my prices seem a touch higher than recent completed listings it is because my cards are centered better than most in these cases close to 50-50. I also build in shipping and 3 percent G/S into my prices, and leave a little wiggle room in case someone makes an offer for all cards available (bulk buy). Thanks, Pat
