Any Bobblehead expert, Need help

I’d say it’s a homemade job from an obscure set i.e not color, white, green, gold or wedge base.

Hmmmm....I stand corrected on the eyebrows.

Still, the gold base and crude “EXPOS” makes me think someone re-made this from another doll.

Even if it's homemade, I like it. Hope you didn't pay too much for a fantasy piece, but forever made it had some skill.
