After seeing all those beauties, things are going to get a little ugly. I purchased (for very little) a group of skins from a scrapbook...about 20 in all. Some compounded their sins by also being trimmed.

Highlights: DeLong (skinned and trimmed) Terry, Maranville, O'doul, Kuyler, Traynor and Lindstorm

1933 Goudey: Collins, Traynor, Grimes and Hoyt

And the "highlight" of the lows...These US Caramels

There were also a few Goudey commons. Still, at a little over $3 a card, it is a bottom feeder's dream.

I was fortunate to find these recently which were found in an envelope dated 1911. There was a letter inside talking baseball but not mentioning the cards.

All but one are EPDG backs and they look like they have never seen sunlight.

Joe, Awesome find, congratulations. You really need to spread those cards out and let us get a better view. It appears to be at least three HOF’er’s

Thank You Guys! Yes there are the three HOFers. I will try to get better scans posted but did not want to clutter up the thread too bad.

Amazning. This is the sort of thing that collectors dream about. Let's see some more of them!

Great cards as usual everyone! Was glad to add two more Cub HOF Kotton cards this month and picked up a few others as well. 3/4 from Net54 members!

Did I miss the part about how you came to find this envelope? I'm sure it's a good part of the story. Please share.

Thank You. It was dumb luck on my part because all I did was find the seller who uncovered them from an estate. Here are a few scans.

Posted in another thread. Not really a card, nor extremely vintage, but I finally found a collectible of HOF Spinks Sportswriter's Award Honoree, Milton Richman. He apparently played briefly in the minors in the St. Louis Browns organization, which is why I wanted SOMETHING of him. I collect those HOF honorees who actually played professionally. Terrific cards this month, guys!!
