I can tell you card numbers from old sets and batting averages of players from my childhood, but I sometimes get stumped on remembering names of students that I taught last semester or even current athletes. Wives always remember. Mine has husband-related hyperthymesia: she can remember in vivid detail every mistake I have ever made. Give her a date and she will tell you exactly what I did wrong that day.
