No, the front and back are two different cards. It's just a case of PSA labeling the flip wrong. I checked all the other "hand cut from box" cards and about 6 were really the Post cereal versions.
There were three like this submitted to COMC and I didn't want to see anyone get taken thinking they were the box variation rather than the magazine insert. Rich Klein removed the COMC listings so that people didn't buy them.
