I have this one, but don't know if he was a noted collector. Is anyone familiar with Rothman?

I actually noticed this card recently and have never seen this pedigree before. Does anyone know the backstory to this because it totally flew under my radar.

From what I understand, the Mantle owned cards were found in his office or desk at his NYC restaurant when it closed

Was there an auction featuring these cards or have they just trickled out.

Steven they probably were sold via an auction house
if they trickled out, SGC probably wouldn't have pedigreed them 1 here & 1 there.

I had 2 "Mantle owned" cards at one time
