It most definitely is true. It was almost a 500 card order, with two errors, going through a pandemic.

You may be willing to give them a pass on this, but I wouldn't. Even at the rate of grading just 100 cards per month from this 500 card submission, they should have finished processing your order by the end of March, which would have been before they shut down operations due to COVID-19. It's just horrendous to get that kind of service.
