That's exactly what I wanted to know. So it does make sense that a card like the one I pictured could appropriately be graded with a numerical grade by a third party grader then. Thanks, Tony

I've been collecting printing errors for years and what TPGs will grade is highly variable. SGC will numerically grade a wrong back card and a missing ink card but not a blank-back card, even if it was pack-issued.
