There is one on eBay right now. It is his toughest Venezuela. I though Howard might have a Bazooka box as his grail. I think the 1960 is the ultimate if it exists.

Far and away his toughest Venezuelan! 9 graded copies - 2-5's, 1-3, 1-2 (that's new), the rest 1 or A.

With Floyds reminder - I will have to change my 60's to that 60 Bazooka box!! Literally been after one for about 30 years and so far have been unable to confirm its existence let alone acquire one!

The 1967 Topps Standup only has 3 graded copies a 5.5 and 2 authentic. I have never seen one go up for sale in the 35 years since I bought mine. I believe it is the rarest Clemente card. My card came from the personal collection of Woody Gelman, the art director of Topps who designed and marketed all the great Topps test issues of the 60s and 70s. He was also the first mail order dealer starting The Card Collectors Co. in the 50s.

I know of at least 2 other Clemente items that I own the only ones I've seen:

1) 1967 Topps Pinup sticker
2) 1956 Team issue photo

I am sure there are other items with only a copy or 2 known - that doesn't mean that's all there are.

I agree the Stand Up is exceptionally rare, but I have one and know at least 1 other board member that does - neither of which are graded by PSA. I remember only a single copy being offered in the last 30 years - it was as part of a set and is the one owned by the board member I referenced.

I don't have any holy grails, really. But ONE DAY I'll get back my 1959 and 1968 Mickey Mantles!! I just have to have the discipline not to spend for awhile and focus on getting those cards!

When the 1967 Topps Standup was on the PSA registry, it carried a weight of 10. The next highest rating was 7.
