Why not just create your own COA. Why would it be any different from anyone else's COA? It would be YOUR opinion that the signature is authentic. Just make it look really cool and add official sounding terms like "this item has been fully examined by...." and "The certification number...". Also, don't use terms like "guarantee" or "absolute certainty". I guess you wouldn't have to because then it wouldn't be like a COA.
