I just picked up a nice lot of 1930s minor league mini pennants. I'm thinking of framing them like this, but with a black background.

So, according to my records, I bought this on ebay on February 2013, but since I found it today, and have no memory of it before, I'm calling it an April pick up...

A supplement from the Scrantonian dated June 13, 1909.

I can't find any others on the interwebs, but I haven't put much effore into it, yet.

Hey Doug. Nothing specific but I live near Scranton and St. John's Greek Catholic Church was in Scranton back then and I've heard of a Catholic Temperance League playing around here "back in the day"

I picked up a couple of more pieces of original art from artist Ronnie Joyner. They were featured in the Pirates On Deck magazine in 1996 celebrating the 25th anniversary of the 1971 Championship. To the right of the art is the final product as it appeared in print.

Finally scanned this one, it's a massive 22 X 30 inches.

From the April 18, 1909 Sunday Public Ledger, it shows opening day at Shibe Park...

Very cool! So was it included with the newspaper at the time?

I love it when a dealer doesn’t read the front of a trophy. 1938 Jack Kramer doubles tennis trophy as a teenager.
