I've communicated with them via email a few times over the last week. They have gotten back to me promptly, perhaps they are open for business but not in the office (like me) to answer the phone. Send them an email.

They sent my two card submission out on Friday and I got it today AND they beat the 20 day turn around. I tried to start a new submission as was able to do so with no issues. Not sure what what they OP was experiencing.

What is their email address? Maybe I'm blind but I can not find it on their website.
I actually submitted cards on the 5-day turn around and they received them on March 4th. The site says they're graded but they have yet to send them out. I find it kinda funny that a previous poster mentioned he paid for a 20-day and received his cards in a few days while I've been waiting almost 20 days for a 5-dayer. ![]() Oh well, I just hope they didn't lose them. ![]() |
