Psa
PSA announced yesterday that their backlog is over one million cards. They are receiving an average of 68,000 cards per week and the backlog is growing.
In Dennis Purdy's article in VCBC , from 1996, he complained about PSA taking 43 days to process a 10-15 day submission. This is going to get much worse before it gets better.
