I don't think I have ever shared these, they are a few of my favorites.

New England League team Postcards, you may recognize the Manager sitting front/center on the first one.

Very nice Rhett and great to see them all together. Thanks to a board member, I just got this 1908 Our Home Team postcard of the Chicago White Sox. There are 5 teams in this series and I believe there are 4 different flap colors for each team. Excited to get a purple one in.

Peter got it, Billy Hamilton was the Manager for Haverhill of the New England League team from 1902-1908 (these postcards date to 1908).

Tough to see in the scans but the postcards for Haverhill and Brockton have an embossed stamp in lower corner from a Fall River, MA photographer.

Since both baseball and automobiles were both growing in popularity around the early 1900s. I'm really liking any image that features both. Thats a cool looking PC Leon. I'm going to throw a curveball by posting a type 1 photo showing Cobb and his Chalmer automobile. In 1909, Cobb participated in the New York to Atlanta Good Roads Tour to promote the use of the automobile for long distance travel. The goal was to show that the roads were “good” all the way from NY to ATL.. Would love to find any RPPCs of him during this ride.

I can't believe this thread had slipped to page 10. Still my favorite thread ever.

For you postcard gurus out there. Ever seen this one before?? I have seen the 1928 Block Brothers St. Louis Cardinals Team PC a million times before, but I had never seen this individual postcard of Rogers Hornsby. I assume this is also from '28? Anyone have any more info about it? I was happy to add it to my collection a few months ago, but I can't seem to find another example.
