Can you walk me through the process of dyeing including naming specific supplies needed?
Also, do you have any before and after pictures of work you’ve done? Thanks |

I don't think I have before and after pictures any more. It's been a couple years since I've done it...though I may have posted some pics on here if you feel like digging through the thread. I think you'll have to go back to the summer of 2017 to find them.

I received a photo pennant today where the seller rolled it up and mailed it in a small box, and of course about 3/4 of the photo has become detached. The tape is still slightly sticky and may still hold the photo for a little while, but I imagine it will not hold up long term. Has anyone had any success re-attaching a photo to a pennant? Or should I just return it. It was a good deal, but nothing I couldn't live without.
thanks, Rick |

I'd return it, Rick...
Anyone who rolls up a photo pennant has no regard for the item (or for you as the buyer). This guy probably deserves to foot the cost of a return. Plus, it would bug you every time you looked at it (and wondered how long the photo can hang in there). I know it would bother the heck out of me (if I collected Photo Pennants ![]() Last edited by perezfan; 01-13-2020 at 09:55 PM. |

Thanks Mark, it would bug me as well. I was just wondering if there was a glue that works well for this, as it's a shame to ruin the pennant. I was bummed when I saw the small box, especially since he only lives 30 miles from me and charged $15 for shipping. After I got the package, he said flat shipping would have cost $27. I told him that ebay's shipping service doesn't work well for pennants, and that flat shipping with USPS only costs $7-9.
