Default Finally Pulled the Trigger

Being a small fry that always wanted a Cobb portrait knew I`ve have to take my time and have to be a little lucky. Thankfully a fellow "54`er" Don Hontz was more than willing to work with me and we made it happen. Transactions like this are what makes the B S T board the 1`st and often the last place I look for collection additions. Great items this month, keep them coming.

Nice Nadja Caramels pickup, Steve. I never tire of seeing the various cards with this Matty pose. Since you mentioned your back run in your post, I believe this obligates you to show your progress in the current back-run thread!

That's what I thought. I wonder if Tim will make 12 more of them?

It is. I bought the card for one kid when they were born, asked Tim to make a "copy" for the other kid when they were. So they're like a set. Felt like a 6 year old on christmas morning opening the box.

I was scrolling through this thread and I'm blown away! At first, I was going to say "nice card" to this guy and "nice Wagner art" to another guy. After looking at all of it..."Nice stuff to all!"
This is more fun than the day the Heritage Catalog arrives! I'm new to these forums so, please forgive me for being Captain Obvious for awhile. There are some really beautiful items on here!

Great looking Cobb Todd! I went the same route with my 1915 Cobb and got a PSA AUth/altered. Mine presents similar to yours and just had one pressed corner, no trimming. For the price I would have had to settle for a very low grade unaltered copy.
