Thing is, you shouldn't have to ask for your winnings to be shipped through a message board. You should be contacted by the auction house if there is a problem with shipping your item, not the other way around.

The cards finally arrived w/o any further issue.

Assuming he's interested in a second auction I don't get why Aaron wouldn't post and try to do some damage control.

I would bet he's hoping this thread goes away and is forgotten by the time the next auction starts. Not much could be posted to explain what I've read here.

Unfortunately, it took messaging Aaron here at Net54 to get anything done. Have you tried that? Not that you should have needed to, of course.

I have to wonder what on earth gave these people the idea that they were even capable of running an auction? From the scans that sucked - when the images even existed, to the lame descriptions, to the lack of communication, to the shitty software, the bullshit address in a shared “WeWork” office space, to the hush hush we can’t explain what went wrong with the bidding on your lot on a public chat board, to the inability to invoice properly and failure to ship timely, what led them to believe that they were remotely competent to do this other than the self-proclaimed “elite” and “prominent” adjectives they bestowed upon themselves? I feel bad for Aaron who seems to be a decent guy but Jesus Christ what a debacle this is.

I took your advice and did get a reply that they "hope to have everything out by end of this week/early next."
We'll see.
