If you were going to list those cards individually on Ebay as "Buy It Now" / "Best Offer", my guess is that you might be able to get $400 to $500 total, over a period of a few months. It could even take a year or longer to sell them all that way. Or, if you grouped them into small lots and auctioned them off quickly, I'd guess you might be able to get $200 total, maybe $300 if you're real lucky.

So there seems to be a consensus, which is on an amount even lower than I thought. Anyone else want to jump in, or are we solid about this range? Thanks to everyone for sharing their views....

If you are buying for resale you first need to figure out what you believe you can sell the cards for. After you figure your selling prices then you need to know what percentage you need to work with considering overhead and time.
If you are buying for your own collection then what are you comfortable paying. With the information provided I don't believe I would give more than $150 if I am reselling. Maybe $225 -250 if I am going to add them to my collection. Just the thoughts from more of a collector not so much a seller. |

$125 to $150 max...any year with less than 20-25 cards is a throw in if not a HOFer...

If you want the cards, $200 is fair. If you want to flip them $100 is about all I'd pay.

I buy way too high lol. I was going to say you could make money (though it would be slow as some pointed out) at $250. Figuring about $500 value. You've got some solid rookies in Butkus, Sayers, Campbell, Yount and Winfield though I would hope the 70's cards are better than just EX. Other quick sale cards are Unitas, Clemente, Mays and Aaron. After that it's going to turn into a slog.
