Until a few weeks ago these were considered to be pretty rare. I know I paid dearly for mine and still felt lucky to have one. This seller changed that. He said he bought an estate in Arizona and there were "many" of these in a box.

Here’s an item you rarely see (actually the only one I’ve seen). It ended recently on eBay, and unfortunately was well over what my snipe would have been. Maybe a board member won it. Thought some of you would enjoy seeing this.

I know the winner - he emailed me this morning. Sadly I also had the seller of the box "saved". Just never saw it till I saw his email this morning. Also the only time I've seen this item.

A bunch of great Clemente items on ebay
If my posting this info here bothers anyone let me know and I will not do it again. I just listed a bunch of great Clemente items on ebay:
Willing to work out a deal off ebay for anything with no bids. Ps. For those who may not have heard: We lost Vera Cristina Zabala Clemente on November 16th - RIP Sweet woman - condolences to family and friends.

Not sure if any of you collect print error cards but avoid this Clemente like the plague. There is a 99.99% chance it is faded and the .01% it is real is walking through the door on the way out. 1958 Topps fade the yellow off very easy and this has all the signs of being sun faded. Especially the dirty looking area that should be yellow.

Here’s a newer purchase. Have never seen another, and didn’t know it existed until I saw this example. Surprised by the relatively large size as it measures 25” x 30” unfolded.
