Everytime one of my purchases has involved remote shipping it has taken time. Mostly I am never in any hurry. But the last two times I bought something with remote shipping I could not get the request shipping function to work. I had to get help from their support group to get the items shipped

I recommend using their Priority shipping option. I've seen some other complaints about this new shipping service and the roundabout delayed timelines.

LOL here's my next one. After a week, it's still in Sparks, NV apparently. And like the first one, it seems to depart Sparks only to wind up back there. LOL.
