definitely a slight tilt to it, but at least it's consistent top and bottom are tilted but parallel.

I don't know, Scott. My first impression is that it was hand cut. Perhaps it's my 63 year old eyes, but I see distinct bat ears on all corners.

I see what you mean, moreso on the top border which has a sightly concave look. But the angle of the cuts top and bottom is the same which would be weird on a hand cut card. Not a real issue for me personally as it's just a bit outside my price range lol.
