A couple more T205 Brooklyn cards courtesy of another Board member. And the non-sport card that had been at the very top of my want list for 5 years.

Don't want to steal Tim's thunder in his own thread - but I'm too excited not to share what he PM'd me yesterday.

My E98 Wagner is done (technically pre-war-adjacent)

I bought one of the BSF Wagner's for my son when he was born, then when little man #2 came along, I commissioned Tim to do what he does, on that subject card - so my boys can display them together someday

Awesome Einstein pickup. I always love seeing cards I am not familiar with or don't see every day.

I hear you. Took me a while to post my low grade stuff, but I know there are a lot of guys like us so I post my pick ups to represent them. And to hopefully encourage them to post too. Keep it up, you don't have to have a super high end rare card to show what you got. Don't get me wrong, I love seeing the really good stuff too. I'm blown away by most of the pick ups on this board. This is always one of my favorite threads.

Andy

I think you should absolutely post your pickups, regardless of whether they are nice, beaters, expensive, cheap, rare or common. The purpose of the thread is to share what you love and are happy to own, period. We are all part of a single hobby and should share in each other’s collecting-joys. Congrats on a solid group of 33 Goudey HOFers! One of the top 3 all-time classic sets in my opinion.

Getting these in under the wire. (That Jumbo Bresnahan was flying under the radar for a long time until it took off.) Thanks Dave @ Baggers... This puts me at 11/48 for e106 and adds another McGraw to the back run...
