+1 Love low grade cards.
Not a Carter card but he would have immensely liked it.

Fair is my new favorite grade. The most it could have ever been bumped numerically is a half a point!!

I bought a T204 Ramly from his collection at one of the past Nationals just to have one of his cards in my collection. I can't find my scan presently but it's about the nicest graded 1 you will ever see.
