Note that the font from your bat is slightly different than the other example, and this one:
https://www.greyflannelauctions.com/lot-39841.aspx The "S" and first "2" are more flat, but the last two are not. So my guess is your bat is slightly later than these, because the font was corrected. Circa 1971? I am sure others here will know way more than me.

Great bat! I am possibly interested in it if you decide to let it go. I am guessing 1970-72 based on the Powerized stamping.

In looking at my copy of the Louisville Slugger reference guide, it looks to me, that the "Powerized" is the P-11 version, pinning the bat to 1970-1972.
