Default mall find

I remember getting a shoebox of 1970s cards long time ago. Going through the box was great so I can imagine the thrill of finding gems. Well done.

Great find and write up. This was moved from the correct, post war forum, to the front page so more folks can share some hobby goodness. We need more goodness.
BTW, I remember collecting those 1970s out of the packs.

Good find!
Was it a local antique mall? My wife has a booth at The Queen of Hearts in Marietta.
Please don't tell me you found them there.

Great find!

I have all those sets, but have bought similar lots just for the fun of looking through them and seeing what was there.

BTW, if you are building 50/60/70s sets, not too fussy on condition and have a lot of dups, check out OBC www.oldbaseball.com

That is a great find. Funny how time flies- until not too long ago, cards from the seventies were considered modern. Now they're not too far from clocking in at half a century old.
