When Ebay implemented that policy where sellers are unable to give "buyers" negative feedback, that changed everything and gave the dregs and those with "buyers remorse" a way out.

Ebay has never been "the sharpest tool in the shed."

This guy actually had the nerve to ask me if I had anything else coming up that he could bid on. This was after 11 days of non payment. Well, nothing else that HE could bid on...
