I am not one who is normally in favor of card restoration, but this one is a candidate I would consider

Anyone paying $6,600 USD for that needs his head checked. Think of all the amazing cards you can buy with that kind of money.

Wow, I guess PSA has finally learned how to detect altered cards. A few months ago and this would have been a 3 or 4.
