Saw Joe sold $116K of stock on 7/1/19. Time to short it?

Edit: The CFO also sold $57K on same date. Probably stock option related but they ain't keeping it

The filing proving the above information was completely without merit was already posted and in another thread (sales to cover options).

Being anti-PSA is one thing but posting outright lies about their senior leadership that are so easily fact checkable is not helping your argument.

I posted the Form 4 someplace. Sale to cover tax obligations that accrued on vesting the day before. Nothing to see here. It may be on the Rovell thread who took a completely unjustified shot at Orlando over this.
