Bull Durham guides were published in 1910 and 1911. Yours is 1910 which explains the first year notation.
At the same time there were Spalding guides (at least 2 types) and Reach guides. The value depends on many things especially condition. Yours looks, on what I see, to be ok but not great. They are nice and I think scarcer than the Spalding and Reach ones, but there does not seem to be any great demand for early baseball books at the present time. If I had to guess, I would say 40 to 100
